Shipping Policy
How We Ship
Our team ships Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Order placed will typically ship within 1 - 3 business days. During our busy season, your order may take 3 business days to ship. Any shipping delays will be communicated at the top of the cart page. You will receive a confirmation when your orders ships with tracking information.
Shipping Information
Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address and information at checkout so that your package can be delivered to the correct address.
If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been placed within 24 hours, send us an email at fern@baka-bush.com with your order number and the correct address.
Shipping Costs
Currently, we ship anywhere in the United States for a flat rate fee, depending on the number of products in your order. For 1-2 products, the flat rate shipping fee is of $5.00; For for more than 2 up to 3 products, the flat rate shipping fee is $11.00; and For 3 or more products, the flat rate shipping fee is $14.00 - $17.00. We also offer local delivery of orders for local customers that reside in Los Angeles, within a 10- mile radius of zip code 90018, for a flat rate delivery fee of $10.00.
Shipping Restrictions
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
We do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.
We are unable to combine separately placed orders.
We are unable to modify your order after it has been placed.
Missing or Lost Packages / Damaged Products
After your order has been placed and your package ships, tracking information will be emailed to you. You can click on the link 'View and track your order' for the most up-to-date information.
Shipping carriers may experience delays depending on the circumstances and the time of year. Your order will be fulfilled as quickly as possible, but we can't guarantee delivery times.
If your items are damaged in transit, send us an email to fern@baka-bush.com with your name, order number and shipping confirmation email and a we'll issue a replacement.
