Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Bakabush. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our Return Policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return Process
To return an item, contact us at fern@baka-bush.com to submit your proof of purchase and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, you will be provided a return shipping label to return your item back to us at no cost to you.
Place the item securely in its original packaging, then mail your return to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of the returned package being scanned delivered to our address.
Return Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as individualized herbal blends).
We do not accept returns if your item is not returned in its original packaging or in "mystery" boxes.

Exchanges
To expedite an exchange, send us the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once you've returned your order, we will inspect it upon receipt and will notify you. Approved refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
